I'm About to Start Medifast, Has Anyone Had Success With This Diet?
I just recently ordered the Medifast diet and awaiting its arrival at my doorstep. I have read very good reviews about this plan and was wondering if anyone else out there has had good/bad results or mixed feelings about this diet? Any thoughts or suggestions?

LikeDislikeI LOVE MEDIFAST!! I started on may 28, and as of today 9-4-08 I have lost 50 pds. To make it work you do need to stay on plan 100%. This is the most amazing diet. The support you will receive from medifast and people just like your self is really great. Best of luck and see you on the medifast boards. while you are there check into getting a health coach!

I found mine at http://www.3wayfit.com. They're great! Also, they have access to discounts or bonuses that you can't get directly from the company. You should to check them out. The program has really changed my life. It will yours, I'm sure.
