Is it okay to use medifast shakes to loose 20 pounds at age 16? I'm 180 pounds 16 years old and a guy wanting to loose my man boobs and big thighs. Are
medifast shakes for a whole summer gonna help me?? If I only drink shakes all summer?

LikeDislikeI wouldn't suggest the shakes mainly because they aren't healthy for you and you will be hungry. Instead I would recommend making fruit smoothies. Blending milk, frozen fruit, ice and protein powder together are a much filling and healthier alternative. Combine this with some healthy choice meals and you could be well on your way to healthy weight loss. Luckily you are a guy and lose weight much faster than women. Exercise will benefit you greatly. Cardio, cardio, cardio! I'm on weight watchers and have lose 8 pounds in three weeks without exercise. Smoothies and healthy choice meals wrapped in whole wheat tortillas have been an important help for me. Know yourself. Are you always on the go? Than easily microwaveable and portable foods might work best for you. Good luck and try to make this a lifestyle change or you will likely gain it all back again.

Having REALLY stepped-up the diet discipline, I'm almost of the educated opinion that exercise has very little to do with the waist-line, weight management, etc. The diet is HUGE. REALLY HUGE. Throw aerobic exercise on top of that and boom.GZ, I'm going to do what you do. Great run and and like the 20 miler idea (though I might have to work-up to that). Cheers.(still no beer?)
